Use the same planner for your home and office.

In sending e-mail, add “NO REPLY NECESSARY” to eliminate
volumes of e-mail when a reply is not necessary.
For frequently used addresses, think about printing
numerous envelopes or labels such as for car payments,
landlord or penpals....
Delegate, Delegate, Delegate!!
Learn to say “NO” more often.
Handle paper only once.
Don’t keep your magazines, instead tear out relevant articles.
Make all your calls at the same time.
Put “all” your goals in writing personally and professionally.
Take full advantage of any waiting time to catch up
on your to-read file or write bills.
Put your holiday card name and addresses on a database.
You can add or delete throughout the year and then all
you need to do is print them out.
Make sure that every meeting that you have is necessary.
Have clear goals and a written agenda. And above all,
make it brief.
Schedule appointments with yourself to complete important
projects or to make time for fun!
